2021 REVOLT Summit x AT&T Sets To Be Bigger Than Ever
By Paige Boyd, Managing Editor
After being forced to go virtual last year due to the COVID-19 shutdowns, the 2021 REVOLT Summit, powered by AT&T, is back in-person, and they are full steam ahead with making a grand return.
This year's summit, set to touch down in Atlanta from November 11 through November 13, continues their mission to "inspire, educate, and empower," our future Black leaders with a series of workshops, expert panels, and entertainment from some of the biggest names in Hip Hop. In a statement, REVOLT founder Sean Combs says, "We’re excited to bring the REVOLT Summit back to Atlanta and celebrate the impact of Hip Hop globally. My goal has always been to inspire the next generation of leaders and create a platform that provides them with real access and opportunity to learn from the best in the world.”
Notable events of the three-day summit include the "Return on Culture" competition, where young entrepreneurs are mentored and pitch their idea for a chance to win prizes and other considerations; their signature "Be Heard" talent competition, with a grand prize of $10,000 and an appearance on REVOLT TV's "Off Top" series; and AT&T's "Office Hours," featuring one-on-one mentoring sessions with the top leaders of today.
Of course, the celebrity appearances will be aplenty, and with Rapper/Activist Killer Mike and Migos' lyricist Quavo serving as "culture curators" for this year's event, you can be sure the REVOLT Summit will be the biggest event in the A.
